Generally happy with their service. They can work under pressure and under tight time constraints. The property they found me brings a very healthy return although it's capital growth was not as good as I hoped (according to my lender anyway).

Hi Mariaa8, thanks for sharing. I live at Lauderdale and am considering using Metropole to invest in the interstate property market. At the risk of imposing, may I respectfully ask a couple of questions? Have you got any further thoughts/advice? Did you use the full service (buying, letting, renovating, financing) if so how does their fee structure work? Do you think you could have done it on your own, or would you use them again? Was there much caretaking from them after the transaction and did they map out a bit of a plan for the future with you (in regards to further property investment). If you are not up for answering all these questions I respectfully understand - thanks for your feedback.
