These guys are amazing, been using them for years. Only now I just tried to call, says the number is disconnected???

I rang this company to get a service for my washing machine. The person who answers the phone is quite blunt, rude and doesn't seem to really care. He said to me "ok ill order yours parts and went to hang up" i had to cut in and say " how do you know what parts i need, you haven't even come to look at the machine yet. he goes " oh yeah we will do that?? When the guy came to look at the machine. He didn't have any compassion for my situation. i could tell he didn't want me to talk to him. just rushed, did what he needed and left. he was mean to call before he got here but never did. Just rocked up. They don't even ring. They send a text asking me to call them. shocking service. would never use again.
