Called an emergency visit on a Sunday because they state no extra charges after hours. Guy was here for 1.5 hrs, dug a 500mm hole in loose sand, replaced 400mm of copper and charged $1,990. When i contacted them their only response was "We are a premium plumber" and would not do anything on the price. Good way to blackmail a family eon a Sunday when the have no water. Totally unethical and would not recommend them to anyone.

Metropolitan Plumbing quoted me $7,409 (inc GST) for a new hot water system. Another company (Hilton Plumbing) installed a superior quality hot water system 2 days later for $2,600 (inc GST).
