Mexicali Mama

The food was pretty good. Big servings and reasonable pricing. The staff were friendly. I would eat there again.

Whilst I cannot fault the service at Mexicali Mama I found the food to be quite bland at this restaraunt. I was really looking forward to that mexican taste but unfortunately I felt disappointed after my meal. Once again I cannot fault the service it's just a shame that the food didn't hot the mark for me anyway.

very filling and well worth the money spent! i had the burrito and it was very tasty and quite a big serving. staff were very freindly and helpful in suggesting a dish as i had no idea what to try. will definately go back there

we went here for my nieces birthday and i loved the food ,the chicken enchilada was beautiful and great value for the price,the service was very good also

Fine dining for mexican. One of the best I have come across. Not too expensive and a nice small little restaurant. Food is great quality and comes out quite quickly. Service is great. B+.

We ate here last night using our first Entertainment Book voucher - we were really impressed with the meals, they were large portions and well presented (love the Mexican flag colours in the food!) My husband had the burrito, and I had the tosdado grande, which was delish. I was a little unimpressed with the churros for dessert - they were very crunchy and I would have preferred melted chocolate dipping sauce instead of choc topping, but other than that - no complaints! We'd definitely return.

I am really glad that I have been introduced to this great Mexican dining spot in Geelong which seems to be less we known than other Geelong Mexican spots. It is good quality food at a decent price and is perfect for group dining. Went for a birthday and everyone loved their selection, food came out fast and all at the same time. I had the tacos, no complaints!

My family and I visit this restaurant regularly. On only one occasion of many have we been unhappy with the service (our main courses took way too long) however every other visit we have thoroughly enjoyed

very laid back and casual dining, great atmosphere, great if dining in a group, service was very atentive, certainly not fine dining, food was excellent, huge serves, value for money great if you are a big eater, fully licensed will definetly be going again

We first went after reading a few reviews and wow this place is fantastic! The meal sizes are huge you definitely get value for money. The food is never oily or too heavy and you always have the option of more sides. Plenty of space, staff are attentive without being overbearing no matter how busy the place is. Only gripe the Jalapenos are never hot enough for my taste!

Went for dinner with a couple of friends and we had the $30 pp 5 course smorgasbord it was delicious and they were great at bringing out each course as we were ready - we will be back

went here for a birthday treat .....huge meals, good price, good service had a corona promotion so we scored a free hat! good variety of food....cosy atmosphere
