I would give a minus 5 if I could. [removed name] is super disrespectful to not only his clients but to his staff as well. The house was an end of lease clean and he barely cleaned my house and he also stole a lot from me. He spent more time raving on about how good he is and telling everyone off including his client than actually cleaning. He also threatened i wouldn’t get my landlord guarantee if I didn’t pay him immediately after he left my house still dirty and uncleaned. Customer beware!! Under no circumstances should you trust the owner. He is arrogant and a bully, a thief and you do not get what you paid for. He forced his way into my home one day earlier than planned at the last minute for an end of lease clean. He refused to take no for an answer. As I had not vacated as yet, I was rushed to move all the leftovers of my belongings into the garage. I asked them not to throw anything away and if they found anything I had missed to put it in the garage as well. A friend dropped by and saw the owner taking my leftover packet of toilet rolls towards his car. I then discovered the next morning a lot of my old and brand new cleaning products etc had gone missing. (He returned some of it after I questioned him about it). The house was also not cleaned as per his end of lease list that he advertised. He did not even attempt to clean many parts of the house. I sent him pics and he came back the next day. He had thrown rubbish into a bag of perfectly good clothes which I ended up having to throw out. It was all ruined. I tried to show it to him but he refused to look at it. He also stained the garage floor as he had dumped some rubbish in one of my cardboard boxes. He was verbally abusing me the whole time he was there, about how great he is and how I was expecting too much from him. He does not let me speak nor does he allow anyone to speak. He was disrespectful to myself as well as to his own employees. I showed him places he hadn’t cleaned yet and he would roughly and hastily scrub but still didn’t clean it properly. He threw a tantrum and said he would leave and asked for a landlord report and said he would go back and clean only if the landlords were not happy per the landlord guarantee. He even said he would give me my money back if they were not happy because he was a responsible cleaner and business owner. After the landlord report detailed bits that were not cleaned properly or at all, he came back again. The agent and the landlords could not believe that most of it was not cleaned despite giving him a detailed list. He said he would not give a refund and would go back as many times as needed to fix this problem. It was wasting my agents time and my time. I’d moved out three weeks ago and I have been forced to continue to liase with the agent about this incompetent cleaner. He finally agreed to give me back $70 refund even though I paid him $660 which I thought was a joke considering the agent needed to hire a new cleaner and wanted me to pay for it again. The owner has not given me a single cent back. He is dodgy as and I have noticed that he goes by MGC Services, MGC Home Services and MGC Cleaning Services. My friends, landlord and agent all witnessed what a terrible job this was and what a nightmare it has been to have used him. His Bond Cleaning Guarantee is a load of rubbish. I have had to fork out more money to the landlord to get a second cleaner and he has not given me any refund whatsoever. Buyer Beware. Whatever you do, never use [removed name] or hire his company MGC cleaning services. You will regret it!! Worst cleaning company ever!!!

The cleaning cost heaps and I had to go clean again before my end of lease inspection do not waste your money on this company for cleaning the removalist was lovely and good service though
