Had an absolutely amazing treatment with Linda. I can’t recommend mi time enough! The therapists are genuinely careing and considerate to the needs of their clients. I felt thoroughly nurtured and pampered and was not treated as though I were a number. Amazing!

I visited this delightful little day spa while staying at Aanuka Beach Resort and was very impressed by the professional, caring and friendly atmosphere! The treatment was divine and the therapist was amazing; thank you Jasmine! I will be definitely coming back!

Had a spa package here on the weekend and its was absolutely devine. I was so relaxed and happy with everything! The therapist was caring and professional and very thoughtful of my needs. All the staff were wonderful. I would recommend mi time day spa with the highest regard.

Had the pleasure of staying 3 nights at this beautiful resort and decided to get a Pamper your Princess package as well as a Sweet Bliss for 1 hour. My daughter absolutely loved it! The therapist was gentle and mindful of my daughter's needs and left her feeling on cloud nine. The Sweet Bliss was absolutely devine. The staff where fantastic and so friendly, they couldn't do enough! It's only a small establishment, but they definately pump out awesome treatments! We will definately be coming back again!

We are off to a bad start with this place. We had booked a spa package for two a week ahead of time. Following our initial booking we were called a day or two later and told they had double booked us and could we make our appointment earlier. So we let them change it. We weren't entirely comfortable with the booking being so early in the morning as it suited us better to have it later in the day, especially given the price we were going to pay to be pampered. So the day before our booking we called back and asked to make it later in the afternoon, to which they abided.

Well we showed up yesterday for our package only to find THERE WAS NO BOOKING FOR US AT ALL. How is this possible? We booked a week ago, we had made contact then a total of three times, how could we not have a booking at all? So of course they were otherwise booked and did not have the staff to fulfil our package and we left, very disappointed with NOTHING. Now we are torn whether or not to try again with this place. Package was particularly enticing and price reasonable compared to others in the area. We were offered an individual massage each on the spot in lieu of what we were actually expecting, but this would not suffice.

The boss was not in at the time this happened and the previous staffer assumed responsible for this error had not long left for the day. Clearly we could see this put the current staffer in an awkward spot and so we did not make a scene at all, but we were less than impressed that we were not offered anything in order to keep our business and to have us back.

Being a resort day spa this kind of error could really spoil someones holiday if it were a last day booking before flying home. As residents it is also bad service as they could otherwise be developing longer term client relationships whereby we could reccommend their business to others and other visitors to the area.

We do plan on following this up with the owner at some point as an explaination at least would give us some satisfaction. The task of booking in clients and making notes in a diary does not seem that difficult to me, how we were missed entirely is a mystery and makes this business look less than professional. Review to be continued if we actually make it in one day!!
