very polite and helpfull staff, always ready to assist and reassure...i had an MRI of back and although was my first time to have this kind of procedure, staff were very reassuring and caring...they gave me headphones and i listened to radio while MRI was done (as it makes a lot of noise)...it was bit claustrophobic inside capsule, but it lasted much shorter than i expected...and staff always asks you if you are allright...staff were very friendly and understanding although i was late 10 mins for appointment due to traffic...price was very surpriosing for me as i expected it to be more expensive for MRI diagnostics but actually was similar to price of CT scan (although it can't be claimed back from Medicare)...i paid $300 for back MRI ( i was expecting to pay thousand ???)...and they also give an patient access card so you have record of your imaging easily accessible at all times...
