We have always had great experiences when shopping in Michael Hill Ipswich. We bought my husbands wedding ring from there and they were very helpful, allowing us time to really look for what we wanted. We were not pushed into a sale and that made it a much less stressful experience. The ring was ordered and when the ring was instore the communication was fantastic. Very happy customers!

I will not buy from anywhere else!!! They may not have as much as the other stores what what they have is quality, everything i have bought from Michael Hill!!! They also have warranty's with there diamonds and free cleaning....if your going to buy something like a engagement or wedding ring buy from Michael Hill....and staff are so friendly and warm at every store they really do pride themselves in customer service!! Extremely happy with Michael Hill Jewellers. Most other Jewellery shops charge $10 or more to have a ring cleaned. They did it for me for free. You dont find service like that around too often.

Purchased a watch from this store the service was great, nice friendly atmosphere, will say was quiet when I went in due to the locality of the store but will go back to any Michael Hill Jeweller.
