I queued up for about quarter of an hour before the staff let us into the shop,, as at the time they had a sale on. Eventually we were allowed inside, five at a time, and glad to say I got the earrings I wanted. The lady who served me was polite and efficient and I was pleased with the earrings.

not the largest of variety... but the people seemed overly helpful.

I was really disappointed with the service, I bought a ring from here and the lady was nice but as soon as i pulled out another ring to get resized she treated me like i was diseased and told me they did not resize jewellery from other jewellers.
