I didn't buy a product from here but inquired about prices for a necklace for my Mum. They were polite and interested in what I had to say and I would definitely recommend them if you are in the area.

I really needed to fix my watch so whilst I was around that area i popped in to ask a few questions about the price it would be to fix. They were very kind, polite and had great addvice and answered all of my questions.

Went into Michael Hills to find an engagement ring. What I can say about this store is that they have lovely people working at at the reception. They were all very helpful in finding something specific I was looking for. After almost an hour and not purchasing anything, they were more than happy to give me suggestions and any helpful tips in finding the right ring. Unfortunately the prices were sky high and thought better of purchasing the ring from here. If you are not working with a budget Michael Hill Jewellers is the right place to shop for a ring. For me this was not the case.
