Appeared at Dandenong magistrates court yesterday for some drummed up domestic stalking type charges that were completely taken out of context.

It really seems that women are sugar coated in Australia when they make a police complaint and they rarely listen to what the bloke has to say.  In any case; the police prosecutors were chasing a 6 month minimum jail term for something I believe was a waste of court time.

In any case I couldn't afford to do time behind bars so I called the big guns in.  MKLAW and his legal team set the record straight.  Powerful and confident court representation!!!

I was charged with a very serious drink driving offence (first offence) and had no idea what to do or whether I even needed a lawyer. After some further investigation, I definitely needed legal representation - the outcome could have extremely serious implications which would impact the rest of my life. I submitted enquiries to various firms over a weekend, and Michael called me straight away and fairly instantly eased my mind a little bit (this was still new territory for me so hard to ease it completely!)
