I came to Gunnedah to buy a house at auction without my own solicitor. I called into the S E Michel office and explained my situation, and without hesitation they offered to act on my behalf if I was the successful purchaser, even looking at the contract beforehand as a favour. Very efficient service, reasonable fees. Highly recommended.
