I have been taking my Maltese x Shitzu (Cassie) to Michelle for her grooming for around 3 years now. In that time I have found Michelle excellent with her grooming as well as helping me with any advice I may need as Cassie has skin allergies. I have been taking Troy , my schitzu, silky cross to Michelle for a few years now, and he gets so excited, he jumps out of the car and runs up to the door. She does a great job of his coat and he smells great and feels so soft. Its also great to be able to ask Michelle a few health questions also because of her vet nurse background. Michelle always makes a time for our appointment to suit even though some are early in the morning because of my work commitments. I have been taking Lucy to Michelle for grooming & recently Lucy boarded with Michelle for 10 nights - needless to say she has come home a lot more relaxed & happy compared to the previous boarding at the dog kennel. I have been taking my King Charles/Maltese to Michelle now for 2yrs and not only does my Bozzie come out looking and smelling delighful, he always enjoys going there and start crying to get out of the car as soon as we turn into her street.. I find it very helpful that Michelle also has her Vet experience and knowledge.. Michelle gives your dog her one on one attention for the time they are there.

Michelle has been grooming my little Tulla (female border collie) for about 6 months now & it never ceases to amaze me how excited my Miss Tulla gets when we turn into Michelle's street - she can't get out of the car fast enough to greet Michelle. Michelle has also looked after Tulla on 2 occasions for a short stay & I have to be totally honest I do not worry at all about her welfare as Michelle treats her like one of the family & Miss Tulla comes home a happy little dog. I also purchase Tulla's dry food from Michelle which Tulla loves. People comment on how healthy & shiny Tulla's coat is & I put it down to the grooming products used by Michelle & the Royal Canin dry food. Our family has been taking Bella (our Keeshond Bearded Collie X) to Michelle for several years and are extremely pleased with her care, kindness and professionalism. Bella has long hair and a double coat, which, though challenging in grooming terms, have never phased Michelle. Her premises is considerate of dogs like Bella (who is nearly 12) with a ramp enabling the dogs ease of access to the grooming table.
