Once upon a time this was a very busy and friendly cafe. How times have changed. I wish them all the best for future improvement (they need it). I don't think the current owners and staff will be receiving the franchise awards that the previous staff achieved annually.
OMG!!! These guys missed the 101 Customer Service Training!!! If you go to this store and expect service TODAY....order ahead! I was totally dissappointed. This shop has the greatest opportunity to be a goldmine...or franchise of the year..how they are STILL in business can only be testament to the desperate coffee drinkers who frequent this shop and for that they deserve a discount for waiting or better still buy one get one free!!!
