It may have been because it was Sunday morning but the older couple serving me were quick and friendly. The coffee was fine and we bought a cake to take to my cousins and it was a nice little sponge at a reasonable price. Frankly these guys were better than the franchise in Weston Creek and Woden ACT

They have never been great, but the last couple of times I bought coffee there, (because I was desperate), I ended up only drinking a little and pouring it out #bitter. Also I placed a take away order for a few items and was waiting and waiting and the young girl had totally forgotten me even though I was standing there. Very disappointing there are much better places to get coffee and lunch locally.

It is what you expect from a chain store cake shop. The cakes are ok but nothing to die for. They sometimes taste as if they are not altogether the freshest either but generally ok. I have been to friendlier cake shops too.
