The owners of this establishment refuse point blank to provide the public with the gluten free alternatives available for Michelles franchisee's. not good enough!!!

They refuse to stock the gluten free packaged cakes and slices.
They say they dont sell.. ..but these are freezable items and we miss out.

My 18 month old son and I go to michels at rouse hill every day for our coffee and chocolate milk no matter what our days activities entail. The coffee is always of the best quality and so is the customer service. The staff are always bright and friendly and we prefer michels at rouse hill over any other coffee house.
