I was assured my tiramisu was made with fresh cream. However it was that awful plasticy stuff. Cake was a bit dry as well. This is not the only outlet that I've had this problem with either. Definitely going to the cheesecake shop instead from now on

I had coffee and cake here one morning, and while the cake was soooo yummy, the coffee tasted burnt. they did make a fresh cup for me but i waited nearly 15mins for it. a little disappionting

If the employee's working for this company knew the difference between Fresh Cream and Mock Cream they might run a more successful business. I have twice purchased a cake that I was told had fresh cream on it only to discover it was mock cream...or as Michele's Patisserie would call it Butter Cream. Never again!

I have been here quite a few times now and I am always drawn in by their mouth watering displays of delishious cakes and sweets. I recently tried one of their strawberry smoothies and although a little pricey, it was sooo good! Their pies are really yummy too!

The staff member (I believe he may have been the owner or management) was incredibly rude when I inquired about the price of a cake on display. He made some comment meaning that if I had to ask for the price then I really could not afford it. WTH? In any case, I did not buy the cake and they will never get any money from me.

I purchased a Tiramisu birthday cake for my partner and it was a great hit with all my guests at his birthday dinner. The delicious coffee flavour was exquisite. They also make a great chocolate mud cake. I often call in for coffee and cake or one of their meat pies. A great place to take a break.
