When my Silver was hit from behind, I took it here to get it repaired under insurance. Frank was great, he starts very early & I was able to get my car into him for the photos & inspection for quote in the early morning on my way to work near the Airport. Then he was able to arrange the assessor quickly, and ordered the parts while the damaged parts were removed. I now have my car back and it looks beautiful. They did a wonderful job. Only two things, they close too early for me to get back to Kallangur to collect my car so I had to go in the morning & Frank was a little lax in communication with me, but when I called, he was able to tell me exactly where my car was up to & his estimates for repair times were great.
