OWNERS DONT CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMER OR THEIR FISHES !!! SORRY FOR THE LONG READ
Been a customer for a while . Bought a lot of fishes from them 7 Orange Venezuela Cory dory a couple of months ago , decided to change fishes in the tank , went back returned the Cory’s for $6 each , bought a giant betta with store credit and an extra $67 on 13/04/24 . Everything is fine unlit Monday , betta dies :( . 15/04/24
Owner has replaced cheaper fish like guppies before but this time , owner wasn’t understanding or caring about this fishes care while texting me also saying my tank isn’t safe and I should make it safe before I put him in the tank .
So I called him , yes I was upset I didn’t raise my voice immediately telling me to stop raising my voice and that I poisoned my tank to try and scam him and that he isn’t here to listen to me and it’s my fault . Very shameful business behaviour .
