Had my car serviced, gave me a quote beforehand, did everything I asked them to and charged me exactly what they quoted. They were friendly and made me feel welcome. Two weeks later I called them for my son who needed an urgent job done (just before Christmas too) and they told me to send him straight in and they would have a look and let him know if they could help and how much. As it turned out they fixed the car that day for a very reasonable price. That's what I call great service.
