Justin and his team spent a lot of time and went out of their way to help me out with my car. What a great team they are.

I would never take my car there again. The first service was quoted at a better rate than other providers, the work was done quickly and I was satisfied with the price, but then the work needed to be redone, which initially wasn't a problem and it was attended to at no extra cost (at this time). The car still suffered from overheating though and over the course of many months the car kept breaking down, the car kept getting taken back to Midas Tingalpa, spent many weeks total off the road (and it never seemed like much of a priority to them despite their inability to fix the vehicle but continued insistence that they could) another service was done, each time more expensive and less relevant to the eventual problem identified. By the time the problem was identified they had charged me many thousands of dollars for services that actually didn't fix the problem and the car finally broke down and was fit for parts (a depreciation in value from $27500 to $1500 in 3 years). For all of the false claims of being able to resolve the problem and 'knowing' the make and model I should never have taken the car, I've never felt as ripped off as having trusted Midas Tingalpa whilst all the while being told one thing and charged another. In the end there was an apology but that didn't bring the vehicle back, on top of the loss in value of the vehicle I paid the many thousands of dollars in superfluous and expensive servicing.

My X5 BMW had some major oil leaks, and a friend suggested Midas Tingalba as they specialise in BMW engines. From the moment I walked in, I found the service to be outstanding. Not only was the quote significantly lower than others, but Justin and the boys went that extra mile and fished out a coin which was rolling around on the inside of the console. The car is now free of oil leaks and running fantastic. Highly recommended for BMW owners!

I'd got a few quotes for some new front shock absorbers for my car, and after a few rip off quotes, Midas Tingalpa where the most up front, and reasonably mechanic I found.

They completed the work quickly, and sent me a text when it was done. The car now rides way better, and i'll be going there for any future suspension work.

Approximate cost: $600
