My cars have been going to Dennis for the past 5 years. He does logbook services on a Territory and occasion check ups on an older Hilux. Prices are probably similar to Dealership services but the quality of the service by Dennis is far better. He finds faults and offers preventive maintenance advice but never suggests unnecessary work like some dodgie mechanics.

Dennis was very professional whilst dealing with myself. He offered a very reasonable price and had great customer service. The part that stood out the most to me was his honesty and truthfulness when he rang to tell me that my brakes weren't fully worn (as told by another dealership) and did not need doing right away if I would like to hold off.

I was looking for a service centre that offered great service because the local kia service centre for our new car warrantee servicing was VERY average. Once we had our first service at Midland Tune & Service Centre I was converted! The staff were friendly, the service was excellent with a thorough service report, AND they did the extras like reminder txts, fitting me in when I could get there, helping me out with a loan car, and what a pleasant surprise to have a clean car at pick up! I'm a happy customer and will stick with these guys!

Dennis and Teri have excellent customer services, always pleasant, I like the the txt reminder the day before, and they will try very hard to accomadate for last minute (squeeze in) jobs. They don't have a courtesy car, but they do offer a ride to drop you off home/ work or in my case down to the shops/ mall. The mechanics are great always give clear information/ advice apon collecting your car if you have any enquiries. My car is always cleaned, and the job is always done by the time stated and the cost is affordable. I am very happy with their service. I have taken my car there 3 times now for a pits order, a water housing something and a service. I won't be taking my car anywhere else. I live in Ellenbrook and I use to use a service in my area, but I found them to be over priced.

The staff is very obliging, professional and genuine.
I am pleased with the servicing, and will DEFINITELY return for further services, and will recommend Midland tune and Service Centre to friends and family.

After having my front brakes repaired. I did not hesitate to go back to this business to get my clutch done. The quote was right on the mark and they advised me on the work required and carried it out. Found the staff to be excellent and friendly and I will recommend them highly.

The cost seemed a little expensive, but cannot fault their friendly and professional service. I would definitely take my car back there again.
