I love this little Japanese shop! Their shop attendants are always friendly and generally provide a good serving of food, no matter if its take away or eat in at the food court. Whenever we're at Westpoint, we stop by for lunch here almost every time. I particularly love the Thai chilli chicken and teriyaki chicken dishes. Only downside is, I think prices have gone up from what I remember.

the shop doesnt outshine other shops, being satisfactory in all aspects. The food is of a good standard and the price is reasonable. However, i've had a bad experience where a strand of hair was found in one of my foods purchased from there. When i told her of this she simply said "what do you want me to do?" and i replied "i don't know, what do you normally do?" and she simply gave me a refund. I don't think she intended to be rude with that questions, just that her english wasn't that great. Overall, the shop is satisfactory.
