Had to get two holes punched in a new LV belt. The holes were seriously off centre. Unfortunately I didn't check until I got home. Absolute garbage! Would not go back there!

Got two keys cut and neither of them work! The staff were pleasant and helpful but having to go back for a refund is really annoying

Broke my watch during routine battery replacement. Watch was working prior to replacement. Denied responsibility. No refund. Never answers phone either. I basically paid them to break my watch

I love shoes, more importantly I love my shoes and I always need to have a great shoe repair guy to keep them at their best. Magic Mike is the man. I have taken many a pair of heels and boots to 'Magic Mike' for heel repairs, sole replacements, leather nicks and scuffs, he even gave new life to a pair of my camel coloured boots (they looked better than when they were brand new). Every girl should have a 'Magic Mike' for her shoes. Mike has serious passion for fixing shoes. If you have a shoe concern, take it to Magic Mike. I had to write this review as I've now moved interstate, and I can not find a shoe repair guy like Magic Mike. Miss you buddy. You worked magic on all my shoes. Every girls BFF. I'm seriously thinking of taking a trip back to Melbourne just so Mike can give my shoes some love. Take your fav shoes to Mike - lower level Chadstone Shopping Centre - Kmart end in the mall outside Telstra. Hidden gem x
