Another visit here and we spent quite a bit of time here enjoying the displays about the area. Also obtained local maps and brochures. Library is next door which is helpful for wifi access.

When deciding on activities in Mildura, this information centre has it all. Volunteers who are very proud of their city offer suggestions and maps willingly. They can also book accommodation, sell souvenirs post cards etc. It is a one stop centre of ideas. Paddle steamer trips, gem shop, walks, etc are all great things to do.

The Mildura Tourist Information Centre is on the main highway, not far from the middle of the city. Its a really nice modern building, next to the Library.
There are several static displays focusing on aspects of the local area and river, history and culture, that are interesting to look at. They have a lot of brochures and info on local attractions and businesses.
You can book tours and accomodation for a lot of the local businesses at the office as well. It always is quite busy here, but there are several staff on hand to help with enquiries and bookings, and are friendly and helpful.
They have a few souvenirs for sale as well.
A good place to start when you are having a holiday in Mildura, they can give you an idea of things to see and do, and make bookings as well.
