The worst customer service from the rudest most dishonest people I have ever dealt with. I wish I had read these reviews and the reviews on google before parting with my money!
paid October 16 , said March 17 delivery, now July 17 said delivery today at 2.30, now 8.30 no delivery not happy

The quality of the product from this company was less than desirable. The sofa that I have ordered came after 6 months (missing many deadlines provided) with incorrect parts, unstable and not to size. Everytime a deadline was missed, I had contacted them and followed up to be told either - 'I don't know I need to find out from someone else' or 'Just be patient we will get back to you soon' (but never). There had been elements of intimidation and bullying when I had communicated with the company, especially when I asked for a refund and was told it was my problem and fault that the sofa is not correct.
