By far the worst experience I have ever encountered with customer service. First I was waiting 4 months for a part. Then I had my car fixed and had to bring it back in agian to fix something they missed. after bringing in the car the second time I was told it would be a half hour job, a half hour turned into 2 hours. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE

Its not a good start to your day when another vehicle accidentally hits your car!!! and so my insurer, Allianz referred me off to this business to get my dented car repaired. I was given this one as its close to my home.

I was able to get an appointment within a couple of days to bring the car to them for a quote on the damage - so far i was impressed with the efficiency.

About a week later I was able to bring in my car for repairs. It took 5 days - although it was told to me initially it would be 4 days, but i appreciated being kept informed.

the guys did a brilliant job of fixing my car, its restored perfectly and i am pleased.

Lets hope i will not need my car repaired due to a bingle, but if i do i will certainly go back there!

the receptionist i met a couple of times was very friendly and efficient
