Morning all,

First of all, sorry for the inconvenient note, but I am really sad because of the way I was treated by one of your staff members .We are new to the country and this is our first disappointing experience here.

I have a 3 years old son and was looking for a good child care center for him. Back home, he used to go to a very professional and one of the top child care centers and I wanted him to keep the good level of education and entertainment.

I mailed your center and other places asking about an available spot. Your HR kindly replied my mail at the moment with details, I sent her again to thank her for the prompt response and asking for much details and she did reply quickly.

Again, I sent an e mail to schedule a fast visit to the center and we agreed on a certain day and I went in time. After that, unfortunately everything happened was not professional and decent enough for such a reputable kindergarten.

1- When I visited the center I liked it a lot and asked for an application form, she did not let me fill it and I was told “when you come for orientation session, will give it to you”

2-I asked if the kindergarten serve Halal food, I and I was answered very strictly “NO we do not!!!!”
Yes,I do understand that it is a multicultural kindergarten and I was expecting a nicer reply especially that my elder sons go to a public school and the canteen respects all beliefs and cater for everyone's needs .
In addition, I have visited another 4 child care centers and each time I ask for the availability of Halal food, I usually get a decent answer like “yes we do” or “Sorry, but we can work it out” or “we can serve him vegetarian food instead “

3-The last and the most annoying thing took place the next day after my visit when I sent the HR again a mail thanking her for the nice tour and asking to schedule the orientation session for my son, I HAVE RECEIVED NO REPLY TILL THE MOMENT. Knowing that we used to communicate via E mails many times before my visit and I usually got quick responses.
Few days later, I sent a “kind reminder mail “asking AGAIN to remind her to schedule an orientation session for my kid and come to fill in the application but again NO RESPONSE till the moment and now 11 days have been passed!!!!

The 3 previous incidents have annoyed us so much and made a big question mark and I am still wondering why I was treated that way which considered very tough and unprofessional compared to any other place.

I am really sorry for telling that, but we are so frustrated because of the unpleasant way and unprofessional ignorance.
Thank you so much for your tolerance and appreciating for your time

Dina

Very happy, my son has settled very quickly and is enjoying going to kinder. The staff encourage participation from parents and are very friendly. Teaching the children good practises. My son is always asking if it is kinder day today, where as
he is not that keen to go to child care. This preschool is so handy as it is in the same building as his child care, so when he has finished kinder in the morning, the staff walk him down the hall to child care. And vice versa when he is in child care for the morning and has kinder in the afternoon.
