Had worst experience ever – I think they just care for money. They charged me ($160) for nothing. I received a message from them to book an appointment to see follow up report. I took leave from my work and took my parents to the clinic. Unlike before, they said I need to pay $80 each prior to see the GP – which I did. But the GP said sorry he has not received any report yet. I asked them they should not charge if it has not arrived yet, but they said it is the policy. They charged me for nothing. And funny thing is they asked me to call to hospital and find the report – I think they should do it by themselves. Never recommended.

Recently started payment for their services, however the wait time is still the same . Last week I waited nearly 40minutes for a booked appointment. The Doctor couldn’t open my results and it took longer Also I needed referrals to see specialists, all upon my request. There were no reminders sent out even though the results indicated issues with the results. The doctor didn’t even wanted to sent me to a specialist until I requested, didn’t suggest any alternatives. All she did was fillies in a pre- prepared referral form and eventually printed out the copies of my results. the doctor was repeatedly saying that they were running late. At last I had to pay $106 for the “long appointment “.

Always had a positive experience here from going to a family clinic to this one it beats the family clinic hands down

Doctors are dedicated, focused and professional. Receptionists are rude, insensitive or maybe too sensitive, aloof, distant, more interested in talking to each other, unprofessional. A tragedy for the great doctors serving needy patients.

Receptionists were more interested in talking with each other and the doctor was on his mobile checking his messages and had no interest in helping me. Prescribed me tablets that I could of got over the counter, the doctor totally judge me when I'm a nurse and asked for something I know would of helped me, wasted an hour of my time, lucky I was able to get an appointment at my usual clinic at 10pm last night, I wouldn't take my worst enemy to this place

Its extra ordinary good clinic and on time. Dr Mughal is a good doctor and no complaints so far. I would recommend everyone and especially the one trying to avoid pathetic state hospitals or emergency.

A 24 hour clinic, usually full of dr's. Walk ins welcome or by appointment. Great for a middle of the night emergency. Nurse onsite with pathology available. Bulk billing clinic

This place is pretty impressive if you have a medical emergency during the night. They have a doctors available 24 hours a day with a nurse , pathologist and a 24 hour chemist . What more could you ask for ? There is ample parking available and the front reception staff were friendly and helpful. It was an Hour wait for the doctor though which can be difficult at 2am in the morning but to have medical assistance at that time of the morning is priceless . They were able to help me immediately and the doctor was fantastic and sorted me out on the spot. What's even better is they bulk bill !

Your experience here really depends on the doctor you see. Has many great services available. Nurses in treatment room are lovely. Last time I was there, the doctor I saw (dr win) prescribed me a medication with a large amount of side effects, one of which I was already suffering from. Poor English

We were very unhappy with Mill Park Super Clinic. Aside from waiting for 3 hours for our then 6 month old to be seen, the dr was rude, and incredibly difficult to understand due to his lack of english skills. He then prescribed Phenergan, which is not recommended for children under 2 years of age. Would not recommend this clinic to anyone.
