Whilst service is professional, the stylist doesnt listen to what you say. I asked them to cut me bangs the first time, they cut me a straight across fringe. I asked them to give me highlights, showed them a picture of a lady with 4-5 naturally blending light honey highlights on the top layers of her head, so they dye my whole head with ugly yellow stripes. I look like a zebra. On top of this every service is very pricey. I will not be going back again.
