I needed a replacement pair of black Essentials, bought new in Rockhampton only 1 week ago, and when I put them on first time to wear the seam was open on the leg, lady at Forrest Lake (sorry I didn't get your name) went above and beyond to help me. Staff are always very helpful. You can get such good bargains lately. They have a lot of reduced items. Good quality. Will be going here first before other clothes stores from now on!
