Miller's Fashion Club

Always enjoyed shopping at Miller's but the North Lakes shop is closed as is Noni B

Wasn't happy that I could not return the items I had put on layby (without trying them on) because it was 8 days past the date of collection and their layby policy says items must be returned within 7 days. Usual policy for return is 30 days. I could not even get a credit. I had to give the items away because they looked terrible on me & didn't fit properly. I won't go back there, I will go to a store that has a more flexible return policy. I often drop by a store and pop things on layby to try on when I get home and never came across this problem elsewhere. Millers also didn't respond to my letter of complaint.

I always go here to get gift vouchers for my Mum. The staff are always very pleasant and the sales they have are excellent. My mum's favourite shop. And she always looks lovely in their clothes.

Staff here are always pleasant and helpful. They also stock a good range of reasonable priced clothes which appeal to a wide age group. Better stocked than a lot of other Miller's stores.

I love this shop, the colours and styles are fantastic, service is great. I just read another review and learned they visit and aged care facility for people who can't travel to the shop, that makes this Store top notch in my opnion.

These ladies are FAB, not only do they provide a great friendly and helpful service in store, they also take they wares to Nazarene Aged Care Facility and provide a service for the residents that can't get to there store. I just love them for this, there should be more of it.
