This small catering company specialises in sauces and jellies for catering. We particularly liked the white caramelised balsamics and the dark balasamic infused with rosemary. Two specialities are the Caramelised Red Onion Relish and the Chicken Liver Pate Mousse. These products are for sale via mail order or online. We liked meeting Jenni Milne who we learned has more than 25 years experience in fine dining catering and event management for corporate and private clients in major capital cities.
