This small catering company specialises in sauces and jellies for catering. We particularly liked the white caramelised balsamics and the dark balasamic infused with rosemary. Two specialities are the Caramelised Red Onion Relish and the Chicken Liver Pate Mousse. These products are for sale via mail order or online.
