Can't recommend these guys at all, terrible service, unorganized, waste of money. I have belonged to a number of gyms on the coast and in brisbane, and done a lot of personal training - so from experience i can say, do not get involved with MILT. There are so many great personal training businesses around the coast and this is NOT one of them. Learn from my experience, go elsewhere!
