Great quality items and very friendly customer service. However the prices are a little too ridiculous sometimes. Bags can be up to $500 and I'm just not willing to fork out that much. However I really like the designs, they're quite subtle and not over the top. This store isn't the biggest, probably the Chatswood Chase one is the biggest. But overall it stocks a decent amount of accessories.

Beautiful jewellery, bags and hair accessories. Store is spacious and their products are displayed well for customers to see.

Extremely friendly & helpful - I went to buy a bag but was very picky because I am very fussy about little marks or scratches on a new bag. I kept asking for a different one everytime I saw a minor scratch on the bag but the manager at the store was not annoyed at all, instead she was extremely friendly and told me that she would act the same way as how I would if she was purchasing the bag. She went through so much trouble looking in the stock room for that bag so I can have a few choices to pick from.
