This evidence-based program was founded by Jon Kabat-Zinn over 30 years ago. It is an immersive eight week program that supports participants to skilfully manage and respond to life’s difficulties and embrace its wonders moment-by-moment. The course has brought mindfulness meditation into the medical mainstream and has changed tens of thousands of lives for over three decades.
