I had read an article about two guys who had spent the year trying out every restaurant on Victoria street. This one rated highly on their list so we decided to give it a go.

As far as food goes, I think it's pretty similar to many other places on Victoria Street. However, the decor/atmosphere is better than many of the others.

We loved the spring rolls, served with the lettuce & Vietnamese mint (could've done with a little more lettuce than what we were given though) and the Lemongrass chilli beef with vermicelli noodles.

It's a good option on Victoria street and we would go back again :)

Always enjoy dining at Minh Minh. Great selection of food, and absolutely adore Sandy (the owner), she is always so welcoming. Will definitely be a returning patron.

Lunched at Minh Minh's over the weekend for a family birthday. It's been awhile since my last visit although I must say I was a little disappointed. I ordered the pork ribs which were a little dry and salty, following with the beef with chilli and lemongrass which I believe may have had a hint of msg.
The meals were ok but I have had better Asian cuisine. Sandy the owner is beautiful and the service was very good although Victoria Street has an abundance of Vietnamese and Chinese Restaurants I would not be inclined to return to Minh Minh's anytime soon.

This is the best little Asian restaurant in Richmond. The food is fresh and fast and at a great price. We have been coming here for 10 years and just love this place. The owner Sandy is lovely and she ensures a great time is had by all her customers, she is one funny lady and makes dining here so much fun as well.

This is the most amazing place in Victoria Street (Little Asia).
The food is always Hot and Fresh and we have never been disappointed. We have been going to Minh Minh for over 7years and not once have we ever experienced any menu exclusions.
Sandy the Owner and Hostess (with the mostests) is always accommodating and up for a laugh. She greats all her customers with open arms “come in, come in”. Even when the staff are in the middle of cleaning up after a busy night and had to set table after table and the kitchen is packing up, you are still welcome.
The restaurant is very casual and very loud and has a very busy vibe. Besides the main eating area at street level there are 2 rooms upstairs that seat a large number of people.
Great Food, Great Service, Great Price and the best (Sandy) Great Entertainment! Keep up the good work, we always leave laughing.

very pleasant. the atmosphere is very nice and the service is always there. its run by a couple for over 15 years and their food is very dynamic Vietnamese food

Great Chinese place its pretty small compared to some of the bigger names in Richmond -victoria st- but they compete very well this place is always packed and the food is good for the price you pay! recommend takeaway as it is very noisy

One of the great little Chinese eateries in the strip this is one of the best, you can order a few plates between a bunch of people and share them all, this please is fairly popular and i would recommend booking ahead.
