I was at Mink three weeks ago on a busy thursday night, I must say the customer service of the young ladies and their efficiency at work took me by suprise.
I was in and out, dressed for a dinner date in less than 20 minutes.
The dress I purchased was just flattering and the service I recieved from the two young ladies was simply noteworthy.
I am not one to take reviews too seriously, however justice deserves to be served for their efforts.

I was at MINK in Westpoint shopping with my two daughters last Sunday (and being teenagers, they are unbearably picky)
I could not believe how lovely the lady working there was! She was dressed in Mink clothing and was such a beautiful model for it!!!! The way she presented herself made my two girls buy the same top and tights she had on..they would never have chosen it for themselves, otherwise.
She looked of Arabian background and was extreamely friendly. She spoke perfect English and was overly respectful. I can honestly say, as a Retail VET course tutor, her customer service was superb! I went back on Monday morning as I was passing by on my break and offered her a sales job in my brother's nutrimetics company! This is a complete other end of the scale compared to the treatement my daughters and I recieved from the Parramatta staff who were too preoccupied speaking to notice there was someone in the store, early last month.
We are now regulars in the store.

I went to Mink at westpoint Blacktown last week & bought a top for only $15! I saw a very similar top else where two times more expensive....The girl who was working there was very nice & helpful. I like the service they provided me & will definitely go back there soon for more!

The employies were to preoccupied with each other to notice anyone one standing at the counter granted that when they saw people waiting they were apologetic but when asked to contact me regarding a product they failed to see it through
