I have had two kids go through Minnows over the past 4 years. My son had a language delay and the support, care and genuine love they have for the kids is exceptional and helped so much with his speech. The food they provide is fresh and a great variety. Staff are professional and great communicators. Highly recommend!

My child was sunburnt the tried to blame me then deny the burn until i showed photos then said they didnt know how it was done as they did everything right i.e sunscreen. They wouldnt work with me to discover how it happened so that no other child would get sun burn. [redacted personal identifier] Minnows still hasnt contacted me 5 weeks on after I emailed her because she refused to meet me for a discussion.

I have had two children at Minnows and I have always found the staff to be fantastic and of a very high standard.
