Finding a good hairdresser is no easier task than finding a life partner - both need to be brave, try and risk.
I went Mint Hair because my colleague recommended it. She must be the trainee hairdresser. She seemed to listen what I want for my hair cut, but I don't think she fully understood what my needs were. Half way thru, I reminded her of what I wanted and what she was doing was not heading towards it. She still pretended that she understood and hoped that it will end up alright. I totally hated the end result and was unhappy about she not listening to my needs. The owner/head designer tried to fix it for me, I had to go back for a 2nd cut at their cost. It was better than before but still far from what I had in my mind. Very disappointed.
