I recently tried Mint for the 1st time and loved the clean & modern look of this Vietnamese restaurant. I had the Special Beef Pho (rice noodle soup) and a regular bowl is certainly more than enough, but if your extra hungry you can go for the large portion. Their Pho was flavoursome and I licked that their soup base wasn't oily like some other places make them. There is also a Waygu beef Pho which had beef that melted in your mouth.
I'd definitely come back and try some other dishes.

This Vietnamese Restaurant opened last yr and my friend has been raving about this place, she comes regularly and we were here for lunch the other day! Located on busy Burwood Road, inside is quite clean and modern looking, with nice decor.

My friend suggested their signature beef noodle soup with wagyu beef. I didn't have to be persuaded, so we both shared this! Loved the sound of it! It was quite a generous size, with lots of rice noodles , generous servings of beef and waguy beef, not chewy either which was a bonus. The broth was a lil salty and needed some chilli sauce, for my liking! It was delicious! Loved every mouthful and was full by the end!

They also serve a tasty fried ice-cream with sultanas and caramelized coconut shavings!

Will be back, delicious Vietnamese food , efficient service!Definitely a winner here!

A new and modern Vietnamese restaurant located on the main street of Burwood, a small walk from the train station and main thoroughfare. Unexpectedly good classic Vietnamese dishes (pho, vermicelli, spring rolls) of reasonable size and price - however nothing specifically outstanding. Can get a bit noisy and crowded as the place is small. Service is not bad though don't expect a fast turn around during the busy hours of the evening. Good place to eat should you wish to try something different from the Chinese restaurants nearby.

This is a clean modern Vietnamese restaurant selling decent beef noodle soup, pho. It gets very busy so get in early or be prepared to wait in line. Service is quite rushed, you can tell staff members get a bit stressed. The price is okay considering the servings are massive. The flavours are quite impressive. I still believe the best pho is in Cabramatta though.

New Vietnamese restaurant in Burwood. Friendly service, they were very busy on the Friday night I went. (As it should be..) Food was generally alright but the medium rare beef in the pho was a bit overcooked/clumped together. Flavour of the pho was not bad, though. Sugarcane prawn in the vermicelli was missing the sugarcane! (You could tell they used to be wrapped around, though.) Bit disappointed since I like to chew on those sweet canes, but I understand not everyone does. XD

Overall good, would return to try other stuffs on the menu.

Approximate cost: $12
