Avoid, rudest reception ever. Been here for over 1 1/2 hours and the dr has just seen his 2nd patient. He went walkabout for 30 mins and then didn’t see anyone for another 25 mins.
No wonder they charge $140

RUDEST RECEPTION Team I’ve ever met. So much attitude. Not needed when you are just sick trying to seek medical attention. Have been very rude on more than one occasion. The reception team has a chip on their shoulder and clearly hate their job.

Never wrote a review before, but it’s worth to rate one of the female receptionists work in this medical center who is extremely rude by hanging up the phone while peoples still talking. She hanged up my phone twice. Rudest person I’ve ever met

Had my booster Covid vaccination there. Very efficient service. I have disabled husband always offer assistance when they can.

The receptionist was so rude. Wouldn’t even pass me a pen. Then proceeded to yell at me for sitting in the ‘wrong spot’ after giving me no direction at all.
Judging by these reviews they have a serious hr issue.
The dr I saw was very kind and professional though.

I would not recommend this business unless you have all the time in the world to sit around for 4 hours to wait for a Dr

I would NOT recommend this practice - yes they bulk bill but that means they have very little interest in patients as people - all they want to do is get you to continue to make appointments so they can keep bulk billing

Doctor Mikulic has been providing professional care and treatment to me which is amazingly helpful and he is a true healer.

Second rate. This was my first experience at Miranda Medical Centre and definitely my last. I had a fall days ago and damaged my shoulders and left hand. He gave me a x ray and ultra sound imaging request form and said go down the street to Southern Imaging. I said my left hand also needs to be x rayed or something as i can't user my thumb, he said He will worry about that later, this is why I am here, he said no , I will look at it later ! I went down the street to where he said to go and they said I would have to make an appointment. I went to Miranda Medical Centre because I was told that they have on site x ray and ultra sound but apparently they don't ?
The Dr hardly asked me any questions about my in injuries or even how it happened and he didn't even examine my left hand. I am writing a letter of complaint to the NSW Medical Board & to the management of Miranda Medical Centre. I have never experienced a Doctor of this caliber in Australia before.

One of the few places that Bulk Bill however you do need to get their early to avoid waiting as they do not take appointments. Convenient as they open 7 days which sometimes can be hard to find in Sydney!
