Best mascara on the market,used for about 6 years now. Reliable great products,have tried many and tend to stick to these. Easy order and fast efficient delivery.

I absolutely love the mascara and some of the other samples I've got to try. However I find the postage excessive. For each item you add to your shopping basket, you get charged an additional postage fee. This on a number of occasions has put me off purchasing. eg. for 4 items your postage can exceed $20.00 and it is packed into a tiny envelope. If you join the club it's supposed to be free - but I can't afford for Mirenesse to deducted their monthly fee from my account for products (that I may not need) just to utilise the free postage. I just wish they'd be more reasonable with this side of their business - as I believe it is a tad greedy.

Have read about the top quality, and I'm pleased to say that all I've read is true. Excellent, excellent, excellent.

Just would like to compliment Mirenesse on excellent customer service. I bought a product that leaked in the envelope...informed Mirenesse that this happened for their information in case it affected some of their customers as well. They offered to replace the product....no questions asked. Received the replacement product within a few days. Customer service like this is very rare these days and should be applauded.
