I have loved this company for years, i was happy to find them on the web. Setting up my VIP customer account was a little bit buggy, with my old school double clicking seeing me being charged 3 times for the monthly fee at once. I think perhaps the website should have something like a "did you mean to .... multiple times/" feature programmed in to make sure this sort of thing doesn't happen.
They may also like to examine how cheaply people are onselling their product from the vip subscription service on ebay..

Mirenesse have a wide range of products, however they aren't really great quality... everything is overpriced considering the quality. Mascaras are clumpy and lip glosses are sticky. Wouldn't recommend.

they have great product,and very prompt in the delivery .The only problem i have is the price of delivery for something so small.also i don't have enough money to buy it all.

I am an avid user or the Wrinkle Zero Day and Night Serums as well as most of their skin care range and absolutely love everything. It does everything that it claims to do. My skin looks clear, smooth and definitely younger. Can't do without. I have also started using the Mirenesse makeup range, foundations are fantastic too!

I can't give enough great comments about Mirenesse. I love absolutely everything that I buy from them. I didn't join their club as I'm not a frequent make-up user, mainly foundation, blush and mascara. I get offers all the time and I can manage to get all of my basics on special. I've spread the work and now family and friends love their products as well. As I said, I'm not big on heavy make-up so their products suit me down to the ground. My skin has even improved because of them. Their customer service is second to none and I am extremely impressed with everything they do right down to the postage cost and time. Mirenesse is the best thing I have ever done.
