Located round the back laneways of Doublebay is the Parisian meets NYC bistro Mistelle. Mistelle is at once a classy yet cosy intimate venue in which you’d find yourself soaking up the cooly cultured vibe inside. To the one side, Mistelle features a large bar out with an extensive wine collection. Inside it is dim with subdued lighting, an appealing fitout with high volumes and dark grey coverings. It’s quietly elegant.
