I can only say that I had a very negative experience. I needed a spare key for my new to me car and after waiting for the guy at the shop to finish talking on his mobile phone I handed him my key and requested a copy. After waiting for the copy to be made I tested it in my car door and it was crunchy and difficult to open the door. I went back to the store and mentioned this to the shop assistant and he would not even loo at the key and told me it must be my door lock. I have since had another copy of the key made at the local hardware store and it works fine.

I needed an "on the spot" heel/shoe repair. Unfortunately, I took the shoes elsewhere to have them repaired properly. I also found out later that my daughter's shoes were damaged/unwearable on another occasion. I purchased an engraved identification tag for my dog. I was advised by Darren to use a mobile number instead of our home number which was on the old tag for many years. I also purchased a Christmas decoration which includes free engraving and was given the option of adding the engraving at a later date. The advice was great and I didn't have to hobble around Epping Plaza but the workmanship was way below standard.
