I received probably the rudest customer service that I have ever received from this business a while ago. I was getting a new battery in my watch. When I asked him if the watch would still be water residence after the battery was replaced he more or less told me that it didn't matter because my watch wasn't much good anyway. He then proceeded to replace the battery he was loudly talking to the younger bloke and talking rudely about another customer who was coming back to pick up his watch. I let everybody I know about the dreadful customer service because it is just not acceptable and have not been back there since.
