My first time at a health retreat and I was blown away by the results and experience. 2 day juice detox to kickstart it all, i was able to stop smoking and coffee without any major withdrawals. Then 5 days of the best vegetarian/ vegan food I have ever had - plus got to take home recipe book. Beautiful location in NSW and highlights were morning walks in nature, steam baths and then jumping in virgin water creek, massage treatments, naturopath consultation. There were daily lectures by nutritionist and health expert Barbara O'Neill, which were truly incredible. I finally know what to eat and how to actually live my life healthily Thank you, highly, highly recommend. :)
