my first house they did a $120k extension with an outdoor entertaining area, I couldn't have asked for a better result they were professional & helped out with the other trades.
I have they guys back now at my 3rd house building a 4 car garage & deck, everything is running smooth & they are great guys to work with!

Approximate cost: $150000

These guys built a deck at my place. They did a great job. They had the cheapest price and were on time. We love our new deck. They do great work.

I had a pergola put up. I told them and showed them how I wanted it built. They didn't put the up rights where I wanted them. They offered no explanation for this and did not even say anything to me I overheard the supervisor tell the other guy that they should have been further over. It is rough around the edges, the roof lifts in the wind and the weather proofing is loose and blows around, one upright is bent and the roof leaks. I am very disappointed. He came out after I complained and put a few dabs of silicon on the roof, it has stopped most of the weather proofing from coming out, but I am sill concerned every windy day that the roof will blow off. This pergola just seems not very secure and it looks amateurish.

Approximate cost: $4000

Thanks, It always good to know how a builder acts if things go bad, Can't believe they didn't replace the bent up right.
