Big store and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the range of product is sometimes limited. For some items - e.g. wall sheeting, replacement parts - I try to ring to find out if they have (any / enough) in stock.

Been there several times for bits and pieces. Staff are always friendly, prices are a bit higher than bunnings but still fairly reasonable.

My husband & I went in to see about buying a whippersnipper. My husband wasn't sure which one to choose but the salesperson who helped us ran through every detail you could think of about the different models and was extremely knowledgeable. We really enjoyed our shopping experience that day.

I went in to buy a new toilet suite as I thought mine needed to be replaced but a really helpful staff member explained how I could fix the problem for a fraction of the price

I actually love their garden centre. The displays are organised, and the staff are well-informed and helpful. They have a good range of plants, mulches and garden ornaments. The pricing is reasonable as well.
